TALKING LANGUAGE: GERMAN

Your partner will introduce herself. Listen to her and ask some questions to know her better. The conversation needs to last 7-8 minutes.

Now you need to ask your partner some questions in German about her/his hobbies.

These are some ideas:
Sports: Does your partner like sports? Which ones? Where? How often?
Music: What genres does your partner like? What are their favourite bands/singers? What concerts have they gone to? Do they sing? Do they play any instruments?
Reading: Does your partner like reading? What book are they currently reading? What are their favourite books? When do they read/ do they have enough time? Have they read any books in German/ would they like to read books in German?

Now ask some questions in German about her/his family.

Some ideas are:
Does your partner have siblings? How many? How old are they? How do they get along? What activities do they do as a family?

Where is their school? What is it like (new? old? big? small?) How many students in the school? How big is your partner’s class? How many classes in a year group? What are the school’s facilities like?
