Federica Micucci Award

Each year, we present the Federica Micucci Award to one Spellian participant who embodies our Spellian values of commitment and kindness.

We receive hundreds of nominations from our wonderful students, sharing how much their partners have supported them in their learning journey. Each one of them makes us incredibly proud of the outstanding young people in our programme!

Learning a language can sometimes feel daunting, but with her, it never does—she makes it feel natural, fun, and exciting. No matter how many mistakes I make in French, she never makes me feel embarrassed or discouraged. Instead, she corrects me with such kindness and encouragement that I actually feel motivated to improve rather than frustrated. She always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense, and she does it with a smile.
